Connection with clients via a video link seemed to be the problem and so to solve this, PC Audio Visual installed a Logitech Video Conferencing system. This included ceiling microphones, an 85" screen on a wall mount bracket. Additionally, there was the added option to incorporate the wireless universal mirroring connection to the system. All these are ideal for a meeting room.
